My casio digital camera wont turn on fully or take a picture. What is wrong with it & what can i do to fix it?

My casio exilim digital camera is making really weird noices. It seems like the shutter keeps getting stuck. I have tried to charge the battery, but thats not it. Do you think plugging it in to a computer and try loading picture on would work? I have no pictures on it because i cant take any. The camera turns on; then makes weird julty noices, and then gets stuck and turns off.

1. you can have it repaired for about $150 you decide fix or buy new
2. Your better off buying a new one..sounds like an eternal problem
